A guest image for a bit of variety - a bit of post processing I did for my good friend Allan Armour. This was only the 7th image he had taken on a brand new Canon digital compact - literally bought at the airport - on his way to NY. Bit of a crop right hand side, straightening of the vertical perspective and a b+w conversion saw this turned into a shot I would have been pleased to take myself. Although Allan would never describe himself as 'a photographer' I have seen some high quality travel images from him over the years and this is no exception. He now has a giant canvas print version of this hanging on his wall that has wowed his vistors.
