Motive power
Celluloid/pixels play a big part in my life but petrol is right up there with them! I enjoy the speed, noise and visual excitement that comes from driving, riding or watching cars, motorcycles, powerboats, aircraft you name it. I have been a biker for nearly as long as I have been a photographer and passed my car test a couple of months after my 17th birthday. Pilgrimages to the Isle of Man for the TT Races have been a regular feature in my life and the shot of Roger Marshall popping a wheelie out of the pits on the works Honda formula one bike is a favourite of mine going back to my first ever trip in 1984.
